You cross a Conklin, a Warrior, and an Elrick??

Probably something that looks a lot like this:

    Pitt KF Signature 7 Custom

    Pretty bass...

Not very original in design, though.. :meh:

that's a really nice looking instrument.

i don't care that much that it has such obvious elements of other instruments in its design, as long as it plays well and is well made. it's hard to come up with something totally new that doesn't look like art-school barf, so i'm not going to hold the obvious "inspirations" against it too much :D.

The body looks odd, like it's a little off balance.

I like the pattern of the fingerboard wood:

Not so keen on the bass overall though.

Holy moly. Looks beautiful, except I think there might be problems playing it while sitting down.

I think it does as well, but he obviously was "inspired" by Bill Conklin to shorten the lower horn for high fret access without extending the overal length and lengthen the upper horn to help offset the dive of the huge, wide neck.

Overall, it is a gorgeous instrument.

I like it overall but i don't dig the lower bout. Just looks wrong/not quite right to me. However, i do like it just that lower bout rubs me wrong, probably would playing sitting down too.
