    hey I am thinking about a new bass amp what do you think I should get a Peavy or Ampeg? my friend has a Peavy and it is really nice I like it and i have a ampeg and it is a good amp what do you guys think i should get?

    I'm 99.9999999% sure that both Peavey and Ampeg make more than 1 amp a piece. And why narrow it down to these companies? What is your budget for the new amp, and why do you need a new amp?

    I'm leaning towards ampeg for name recognition and away from peavey for obsene combo weights.
