THink it would work? I love the idea of hooking up two basses to one amp OR one bass to two amps and being able to adjust the levels of each individually. Dirt cheap too ($19.99 shipped free). I'm not a fan of the brand, but if it works, why not?

I'd say go for it. Looks like a cool lil cheap box that is extremly useful if you need it for that application. For $20 you can't really go wrong. PULL THAT TRIGGER!

Yeah, my goal is to rum two basses to one head and one bass is passive and the other is active. This seems like it could be the ticket. Another question is that both of my heads have active and passive inputs. Can two basses be plugged into the head at one and just keep the volume down on one while I play the other? I suspect not, so if that's the case, I'll need a box like this.

You get what you pay for, especially with that brand.
That supplier also sells a whirlwind AB for $89, no pops when
switching, I would pass on the behringer IMHO. :meh:

  6. Would something like this work?
It's totally passive, so you don't even need a
    power supply.
Of course it only has one output, so it would work
for two (or more) basses to one amp, but not really
    one bass to two amps.

Just thought you might want an alternative.
    And the price is similar.

  7. You get what you pay for. The idea is great, but I'm sure the quality of the unit and its parts are sub-par.
For about 10x that ammount, tou can get one of these.

I'm guessing this one is the real deal. Plus it has stuff like a D.I. and eq and boost per channel and effects loop.

BUT....If you have an extra $20 to chuck around, I t wouldn't hurt to try.

Looks like a simplified rip of the Boss LS-20.

Considering the advances in technology and manufacturing quality in China, I wouldn't hesitate to give it a shot.

I ordered it. For $19.99, I'll give it a shot and let all of you know. It might be a P.O.S. or could be a hell of a deal. I'll let you know when I get it. If it doesn't suck tone, it will be a good $19.99 well spent.
