I'll say, "Booooyah!" Thanks to Juan at Basses Electric and Acoustic in Rancho Cordova for making a dream a reality. I tossed the dice, bet the farm, and walked away the luckiest guy on earth. I am stunned! This thing is incredible!
Wow....it looks like marshmallow fluff. I hope it sounds as good as it tastes....um...I mean looks. Enjoy it!
Hope you hadn't planned on eating, heating your house, or buying gas for the next 8 months . . . . On a side note. The web site for that shop has got to be the worst site I have ever seen!
Are you kidding? The pictures are horrible, the site navigation is awful, and there is minimal information on each bass!!!
Well, I don“t hate you but would like to play one someday. Please give us your review to know what you think of it.
I know that one! As I just said in the other thread, I bought mine from Juan the same time last year. Crazy. It is a beauty. Enjoy. Marshall
What kind of information do you need that isn't on the site? It goes into detail about his Pickups, electronics, bridge, strings, tremolo, string spacing and scale length. Good detail and pitures of the many unique finishes and how they look on different woods. Lots of pictures of each style of bass (http://www.ritter-basses.com/ritter-basses-baesse/ritter-basses-classic-gallery.htm) in different finishes and woods. The pictures aren't real big but they're nice. Not much info on wood choices but I'm pretty sure that with a luthier like Jens, you can have a bass built with just about any woods imaginable. The navigation is fine for me, not the best but it's pretty straightforward. Seems good to me
I'm pretty sure he was talking about this site: http://basses-electric-acoustic.com/pages/1/index.htm
