Was that a spoof or an actual crank?
i think it acctually happened
either way... damn funny
Yea, judging from their reaction, they are either good actors or they are on live TV. The only thing I find unusual is that he got away with it for so long, but you could blame that on the sound guy laughing too hard to hit the button.
that was pretty funny
That is soo funny - I literally just got back from a gig in DOver ,DE!
Thats hilarious! Sounds like a Howard Stern stunt.
These actors are trained to act well in awkward situations like this. Didn't some guy go on about how some product was really old and valuable, then break it? He didn't seem too upset about it... but I'm sure he was.
And didn't another guy cut himself really badly with a sword or something?
These guys are good.
I think it was staged.
If it wasn't for the laughing before the tagline, it might've been more convincing.
I think laughing came because it was reshown on some type of a talk show so people knew what was coming...
It must have been staged; there was a laugh track. It looks like the caller voice might have been overdubbed. Jon Stewart Show?
No...that would be this poem.
Charlie McKenzie reference, sorry.
Mmmm good point. I saw another HSN type video where they were selling AK-47 rifles. Obviously staged, but entertaining because they pretended it wasnt.
Honestly, though, those channels run like every day the whole day... and theres a bunch of them. I wouldn't believe that not once has something like that (if not that itself) ever happened.
