In reference to the Ozzy/Primus song, what does N.I.B. stand for?

In an interview with Tony Ionmie, he said that it was an untitled song that was really popular with a friend of the band they called Nib, because his beard looked like the nib of a marker. When it came time to do the track listing, they decided to put it in all caps and make it look like an acronym.
I know the original is by Sabbath, but the version I listen to and prefer listening to is by Primus, featuring Ozzy.
