Is it where you rest/mute the string above where your plucking? Thanks
Check out this adam nitti lesson. He refers to it as a "movable anchor".
Basically what you asked in the previous forum. But Don't ANCHOR your thumb on each string you move to. Always try to rest them, not anchor them. Anchoring puts pressure on the finger, which will make it harder to jump from string to string. Just "rest" your thumb on the upper string and you will be fine
After that, its just practicing
