Pictures can distort images. You are better of making a makeshift radius gauge and checking it yourself, IMHO. Check Stewart-Mcdonald's site to get an idea of what I'm talking about if you aren't already familiar with them.
Impossible to say. As THand said, picture distortion is a problem. It appears to be a Fender, so it's probably 7.25 or 9.5, as you know. But holding my gauges up to my flat screen, I get 12" as the best match, which is clearly wrong.
