And no grade.
Got our grades today, i got "Good".
Actually i dont understand what we get our grades on because the only thing we do is singing and it sucks, she knows some people play instrument but who cares?
We dont even have drums... Poor **** school!
But worst of all, a little kid who says nothing, never sing or do what the teacher tells him, he gets VG because he can play a little little bit keyboard.
I had theory thoughout HS, then jazz theory 1+2 in college. Mostly A's, one B.
Currently working on my Jazz Theory grade 8 for mid next year.
Um... I was first chair all the way through school. Jazz band, marching band, and honors band. I was the only band geek with a mohawk and combat boots in the whole state.
i perdy much got A's in all my music classes...what were they going to do, flunk me? I made all-state jazz ensemble 3 years in a row (woulda made it my freshman year but missed by 3 chairs - they only take five trumpet players!)
Is that like a piccolo?
Been a while since I looked at my transcript from college. I believe I had about a 3.6 GPA.
Well in Chicago when I was in 7th grade It was a "E"
Then when we moved to Florida I was in Chorus and Music class and I got an "A" in both, that was 8th grade.
Then in high school I was in Jazz Band wich we turned into
rock band with a very cool music teacher,I was an "A"
student, of course we played several fund raisers and some
staff parties, so I was Honor Roll, cause all the teachers
liked us.I was also on the "Deck Tech" crew for sound & lighting for school events such as plays & pep rallies, graduations etc etc.
The only music class I've ever taken was "Survey Of The Music Business" this past semester at college. I got a C.
Actually, its kind of like a tenor sax. Funny you should ask.
