What great customer Service! (Rondo Music)

  1. Rondo Music has the best customer service I have EVER dealt with! I had been E-mailed Kurt from Rondo Music about a warranty repair for my Essex BG205 because the neck got a lil messed up. I must have sent around 6 or 7 E-mails to him, and him back to me just about different things about it and he answered every question to perfection! Didn't even show a sign of getting annoyed or anything! Thanks Kurt for all your help!

    Amen. I have had pleasent email conversations concerning shipment and quality in the past. He's a dream to work with.

    man, im so going to search for an essex bass this next trip to usa and see what the fuzz is about (and maybe get a fretless one)
  4. If you go to New Jersey that is where they are located. The big fuss is that their great basses for the money.
