What happen if I use a guitar amp to play my bass? Now I'm switching from playing guitar to play bass. I'll need some time to sell my guitar stuff before I buy a new bass amp. So what's the result of the sound? Will it also hurt the guitar amp? TKVM!
Ive tried it at a friends house when I didnt want to lug my 410, I turned all the bass down on both amp and bass and it still sounded horrible. I wouldnt suggest it, especially at any kind of volume that would be considered loud.
You may damage the speakers with the low frequancys. You can turn them down, but maybe it wont be the sound you are after. What amp is it?
