I know that "ReBop" is Euro Spector model, but what is it? Is ReBop short for something? Euro is short for Europe. What is ReBop short for? Anyone?

    Just curious...

I belive they are the less expensive intro line of the Euro spectors. Bolt on necks, passive pickups, no tonepump preamp, etc.

I do understand that they are the more affordable series of Spector basses, but what does "ReBop" stand for?

They do have the tonepump preamp. Alder body with hz pickups. The newer ones also have the typical Spector fret markers. They soud very good and are very light compared to the neck thrus.
