EDC - They stopped making it? I think that was supposed to replace the EDB (which I think they're still making) No doubt because the EDB looks a lot better. They're made of "Luthite". Very little wood in those basses - They sound "modern" Actually, not bad basses if that's the style & sound your looking for.
  3. but my bass teacher has an edc and it has two pickups not the one and they are bothe soapbar type not with exposed rails

Then it's either a prototype or a one-off artist custom from an endorsement deal.

  8. Yea, Thats the EDC with the Tri coil pick up, It got replaced by the double soapbar one (EDC 700, 705) I think. Nice basses though, Ive seen them go for around 3-400 used. I forgot how they were new though, I think maybe 6 or 700.

I saw these on ebay today for about $100. But the ebay ones must be REALLY cheap imitations.

  10. The 2 pickup model came first.
I always loved the look of those basses but HATED the sound.
    In a word, Dry.
  11. any advice on where i might find one? i checked ebay and no luck
