Man, that Ritter strap sure looks like a logoed version of the Neotech strap. (I use one of those.)

 

$89.70 for a Neotech Mega Bass strap if it says Ritter on it.
$29.99 for a Neotech Mega Bass strap if it doesn't.

Levys has one like it too - they come up for sale here frequently

 

I have a couple of the Levi ones. Best straps I've ever had.
