Emperor II 6-string. I just like the shape. Very elegant.

The "Edward" model 6 on their webpage is my second favorite though.

    :D :bassist: :p

    This Bass is INSANE!
Its perfection is highlighted through its simplicity.
Just wondering how you set the volume on it?

  4. Ditto !!

That's why I love mine soooo much !!
Mind you I love my Monarch and my Emperor too :)

Your Damn thread started this whole obsession with that bass. Damn you!!!! ;) .
    Lucky bastage :) .

You still need to get that thing photographed decently so the drooling can continue. There are alot of people on here that want to see more of that thing.

Well? What do you do about the volume. Just always have to set it up on the preamp? Do tell. :D

I really like the look of the Tom Kennedy model. Have never tried a Fodera unfortunately, as they are as rare as hens' teeth over here.

I personally like the Imperial and the Monarch.
  9. I personally love jared's old monarch 6 fretless. THAT THING IS GORGEOUS!

Why on earth did you get rid of that thing?

I'm going to have to agree with Tumbao... this is the most beautiful one I've ever seen:

Now if we could have that as a single-cut... that would be hip!

I really like this one. The shape and especially the colour of the purpleheart is just awesome.

I just bought this amazing Imperial 5. I like this body best, just short of AJ's contrabass.

  17. Hey j-raj !!

That bass is now in my collection.
I got it from Bass NW about 15 months ago and it looks even sweeter in the flesh. It sounds monstrous too.

    Nice call :D
  18. Jeez if I'd known I would have kept it a secret ;)

I'll try to get some more decent pictures really soon ............ promise.

As for volume control I just use my Visual volume pedal. Funny thing is I used to be a bit of a knob twiddler (Ooooh Errrr) but I find the lack on this bass incredibly freeing.

My favorite Fodera has always been the Emperor II single cut. Alder body, Walnut top, maple neck with Ebony Fingerboard. Awesome!
