what kind of base is for me?

    hey i was recently playing at my friends hoseu quite often, i oplay the base. i cant say im good, since ive played a total of about 5 hosru. but im already obsessed with it. i lvoe the soudn of bass and i realy want to get more into it. but i have absolutely no clue in what i'd liek to buy. i have about 150-200$ american. plz help.

    first get typing classes, then buy an SX P or J.

    first, I would never recommend a quake to someone just starting- that's a bit much boom for newbie, haha!

    Second, quit telling him which bass he needs.

    Third, go to music stores and try a whole lot of crap- anything you can get your hands on, preferably used stuff cause' it's a good deal. Choose waht you think sounds the best and fells teh best in your hands.

    Fourth, if you can't find something used that you tried new and loved, and can't afford the new one, go to ebay and look for it- it will pop up in a week or two.
