About nine years ago, I was served a dish from a Chinese food place that consisted of a bunch of broad, flat noodles that were salty and I believed served cold. Anyone know what this was? It was similar to chick chow fun, but salty and (I'm pretty sure) served cold....I also think it was seasoned differently...I seem to remember it having a greenish color to it. Anyone?
