What Kind Of Chinese Food Is This?

    About nine years ago, I was served a dish from a Chinese food place that consisted of a bunch of broad, flat noodles that were salty and I believed served cold. Anyone know what this was? It was similar to chick chow fun, but salty and (I'm pretty sure) served cold....I also think it was seasoned differently...I seem to remember it having a greenish color to it.

    Anyone?

    I've been thinking of it about once a year since then, and since I ordered Chinese today, and thought, "Hey, I'd love that noodley thing but don't know what the hell it's called," I figured now's the time to ask. And what better resource for information on non-bass related things than TalkBass? :D
