What MTD bass is this???

    I think its an MTD ZX5 but I'm not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!:D:D:D

    Yeah, with the pups replaced. Originals had wooden covers, IIRC.

    Thats interesting because I thought only the MTD KZ's had the wooden pickup covers.

    AFAIK KZX5's are not made in that color/finish.

    Ding ding, looks like a ZX. If not, is a KZ with a pup swap. There is no way to tell without more detail.

    The finish in OP's post is the same as this. This is the new KZX that came out this yr at NAMM. The Bart pickups come standard.

    Thanks, because I'm considering buying it but there isn't any info on them at all, barely any info on the mtdkingston.com website.

    I'm still a tad bit confused about the maple fretboard when the one and only pic and video show a rosewood fretboard. Oh well, no worries.
