What rules? Garret Mason

I had the distinct pleasure yesterday of mixing Garret Mason, son of blues legend Dutch Mason, at Orangeville Blues and Jazz festival.
Who says you can't play a cheap Japanese bass with a capo into a Fender Twin reverb, with tape echo? AND- he does it while watch 90's wrestling videos on his onstage TV.
How loud is a Fender twin for bass? Deafeningly loud. How's the fidelity? Think 8-bit.

Very cool. At least Colin is using a bass amp. Garret was rather .........distorted.....
