  1. another Zon?

    another Sad?

    more Lightwaves?

i could use a washtub bass, with piezo and infrareds, GK option too.

How about some polish so you can rub it in our faces a little more :D ;)

There is bound to be some cool new bass manufacturers there that are up and coming - no doubt getting in early on that is a pretty satisfying feeling - maybe you should look for someone who is not so well known!

You could always order a 9 string Sadowsky :)
  3. sorry, i was bored and hadn't posted a new thread in this forum for a while.

    a 9 banger? hmmm...how about a doublenecked 5/4 Sadowsky, would that count?

  4. All of the above. Get em all. All is say!

Yeah - that would be kind of like Jeff Rader's spalted sadowsky (that was the first wasnt it?)

Although I still think a straight 9 string Sadowsky would be a bit of a talking point. Might even get JT jealous! :)

What about a 3 string Conklin lightwave fretless?
  6. or a triple necked 1 string fretless Conklin lightwave!!!

I love Ken Lawrence and his basses. I also met him at Namm a few years ago. Great guy!

Also be sure to check out Carey Nordstrand's work and the Jack Read pre in his booth. Two birds with one stone! :)

Dont forget to see Matt Garrison play at the Fodera booth! You'll never be the same. Great guy as well.

Jared, in the past he's been there every day of the show. Be sure to check out the new Fodera preamp as well and let us know what you think.

Someone please check out the Phil Jones gear too!
  14. If I had your collection, I would look for something new that you don't have yet. But you're not me :)

I'm interested in finding out what Joe Zon is going to unveil at the show. I've heard that there is going to be some new stuff, possibly even a Robert Trullio signiture model if they have worked out all the details.

I learned my lesson last time I went - the convention center food isn't so good. I'll be going somewhere else for lunch this time...

Well, seeing as how my 25th birthday is in less than a month, I think the obvious choice is a nice five or six-string for me.

    See? Problem solved.
