what strings are better for Blues

    depends on what type of blues you're playing. if you're thinkin good old fashion blues like the groovy back in the 60s stuff, i would recommend flats.
    if you're leaning more towards funky blues, you might want some roundwounds.
    i prefer flats regardless, but that's just me:)

    *also depends on what bass you're using. some basses just don't sound right with flats... or so i've heard

  8. I use Fender 9050 flats on my P-style basses and D'Addario Chrome flats on my J-style basses.
