Just wondering what the gauge is on the strings of my Fender Jaguar. It'll help me decide what gauge of string I want to replace them with (prolly DR). Looking either the same or a bit firmer. Cheers.
You can check fenders website. There is a good chance, if you bought it from a store, they no longer have the stock strings.

Wow I didn't know they listed the strings that come with the guitar, thanks. Are the DR Lo-Riders a little stiffer or about the same? Cheers.
Depends. The nickel Lo-Riders are stiff. The steel ones are pretty supple. Stiffer than Hi-Beams, but not as stiff as the nickel Lo-Riders. You might want to try Fender 7150's Pure Nickel Rounds. They are warm after a week and the most percussive roundwound out there. No flop whatsoever.
