    looks like an atlansia( judging by the pickups...)
    on a very carl thompson/ritter ish body and turned around lefay like headstock(s)...interesting!!!

    I think it's a Ritter.

    Anybody know how to construct a neck like a broom handle?

    Ever heard that lovely album Heart of the Forest?

    It's got lots of examples of people (mostly children) playing one-stringed harps and even cables and gut strings tied to trees. I'm convinced you can make great music with one string - in fact the album was an inspiration when I came to do some of my own recordings here for example (although done on a 4 string here.
