What to swap into an Ibanez Talman bass

    I have a TMB300 I got my son in 2016 and the preamp has altogether been problematic. The fit and finish is exceptional so if I can solve the preamp dilemna then problem solved.

    Any suggestions?

    9v with double stacked knobs. If the par/ser switch were bypassed in the job I don't care. Series is ideal.

    This is what I put in my TMB605
    Classic VB 2B 2H Chrome
    I bypassed the active/passive switch and it works great .
