What tools do i use?

    Hey people. I was wondering what tools are necessary for building a Bass. Please tell me the full list and what its use is. all i know that i need is a band saw and a planer. Please Help!!! thanx in advance

    Try Stew Mac for ideas (free catalog! :D ).

    Can't go wrong with a good Phillips or two, a decent
    solderin' iron, some nutdrivers, dykes :eek: (diagonal cutters!),
    needlenose pliers, fret files, nut files...

    we called `em back in tech school. Before "political
    correctness" kicked-in :rolleyes:.

    I think you need a Hiscock or a Koch,, or a Siminoff(?).
    All are eminent books on this subject, and will tell you all about which tools to use where. And on occations, how.
    Get those!
