I need an used combo, all tubes amplifier about 50-100w with vintage sound.

What are better manufacturers for these amps?

I play rock in a five members band (2 guitars, bass, drums, singer), and I usually use a J-bass.
I need an amp with a good quality/price relation.

Thanks for any help, and sorry my bad English (I'm Italian).

what is your price range? how loud do you need:
is it for recording, practice, gigs or all three? do you ususally have access to a PA system?

All tube combo-To my knowledge your choices are somewhat limited-But-
Ampeg B-15 is one of the best sounding bass amps ever made. The re-issue is updated w/ more power, DI, a horn, etc, but it's expensive- about $1800 US.
You may be able to locate (E-Bay, etc.) a vintage
B-15 w/less power & features, but all the tone, for quite a bit less.
Other than that, if you get smart & lucky like I did, find a used or NOS Mesa Buster combo- either
a 2x10 wedge or a 15" w/ horn. IMO, one of the richest sounding, most powerful tube circuit combos
ever made- they were just too cool for the masses!
Your only other option may be to get an all tube head like an Aguilar, or Eden makes one, or one of the GREAT Ampeg tube heads-SVT or VB4 & find a great matching cab.
Other than those options, I don't know of any other tube combos available, at least here in the States.Maybe Hughes & Kettner, I'm not sure...
    Good Luck!

There's George Dennis (made in the Czech Republic).

They have an all tube, 120 watt combo with either 1-15" or 2-10" Celestions.

Near you(?) they are sold through "L. A. Music distribution" in Padova.

I play only in small locals and i also need it for practice.

    I haven't access to a professional studio.

    Thanks for help.

  7. There is a Ampeg B15 Reissue on Ebay Now. I know because it's mine. Reserve not too high. Take a look. Retail's for about $2300.00. You can probably get it for less than $900.00. Bid on it if you like. I need the money.
