Anyone know what type neck the 62' reissue has..? and where/if you can find a neck like this? Is it the "modern C profile"? Is this it..? https://www.musiciansfriend.com/accessories/fender-usa-precision-bass-neck-20-medium-jumbo-frets/h99861000001000?cntry=us&source=3WWRWXMP&source=3WWRWXMP&msclkid=7ad8b6f7261f183cff5cea0098607fa4&utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=[ADL] [MF] [PLA] [Shopping] - (Accessories - Fretted Instrument Accessories) - {LQ} - [MV]&utm_term=4578435163517136&utm_content={LQ} Accessories - Fretted Instrument Accessories - Bing&adlclid=ADL-09d45707-8dbd-4935-adb7-e3db8d1a9716
Others can check me on this. For the 62 American Vintage reissue the neck would have been a rosewood fretboard, 7.25" radius, 1.75" nut, 20 frets, and vintage tinted maple. I think the neck you linked to would fit but it's not the same neck carve or specs. Note: Fender had several USA made versions that often get lumped together but had slight differences. I think there was a vintage series, a reissue series, and the american vintage reissue series. I think they all had slab rosewood boards but at some point during the AVRI they switched to a curved laminate rosewood board on some or all the models.
It's a discontinued series. A lone neck separated from a body occasionally shows up on Reverb or eBay.
