    I want a solid rock/blues rig.

I'm thinking of going with an all Eden rig for my 4003. 215xlt and the navigator preamp with QSC poweramp or wait for the WT1550 to come out.

What are my other options? Ampeg, Aggie ($$!!!), Ashdown?

Depends on if you want the clear ricky sound or the scary growly rick sound.

A nice SS pre and power rig would give you great clean rick piano like tones, but ricks have a wonderful growl through a tube type rig too.

I'm kinda looking for the Geddy sound. Not sure if we was using the ric or the J bass (or the Wal) but I particularly like the 'Red Barchetta' sound. All I need is the talent and an amp :)
