    haha, I was gonna say.

oh, and this guy fell from the sky (been eager to try it out - been jamming with old college buddies over the internet on jamkazam and hoping that this will breath some life into that direct to internet tone)

  5. For those who’ve seen me on TB over the years I tend to go in cycles with gear. After some recent bass purchases and a nice new Mesa amp I’m back around to pedals. I recently sold off most of my pedals including all my darkglass stuff (the newest of which was the original Alpha/omega so nothing recent) and some others like the Seymour Duncan studio bass and tc nova repeater which were mainstays on my board for a while. Still have a pedaltrain mini board, power supply, and my trusty shure glxd wireless. Right now I’m leaning towards one of the line 6 hx pedals so something like this
    B9775034-8824-4456-AC35-3CEB7842D7D1.
    Or
    BB5D8863-D4FC-4C89-9747-AB3911F34183.
Still researching though. I could also go with an older multi like the M9 a a dedicated dirt pedal like one of the newer Darkglass offerings

As far as the L6 pedals go, the smaller HX Stomp has issues with only using those 3 buttons for control. If you have a good amp or preamp, I really like the M9 or HX Effects a lot better.

Replacing my strobostomp that was giving me some issues, (large bad clicking sound sometimes)

This is an awesome pedal, the Leslie mod is the bomb on bass. Just picked it up today F3257F5D-535B-473A-B46E-1C34CE37D407.

In: Xotic X-Blender. SO versatile, and the little 2-band EQ is very useful and sounds great. Excellent boost, too.

Going: Carl Martin 3-Band Parametric Pre-Amp. Sounds SO good, but it's more tone-shaping than I'll ever need. Still, I'm on the fence about selling it...

UPDATE: Coming: Mu-FX Micro-Tron III from right here in the TB classifieds:hyper:

I think it's for the price that the Micro-Trons were originally sold, not the insane "rare, discontinued" prices you see most of the time nowadays.

I am curious about that Acid bottom. Is that mainly for passive basses ya think?
