Coming:
Tronographic Rusty Box
Fake Plastic Trees (Thx @psychovox!)

Going:
Umm...some preamp pedals for starters in the coming weeks.
Yeah, the kind that you really don't want to let go but aren't currently commanding a spot on a board. Sigh.
Don’t you have a Chimera incoming as well? Congrats by the way!

Coming: MAE Black Math

I’ve been steadily and slowly building out gain options on my board in the last year and realized that I’ve never had any Muff style fuzzes so I went on the search.

Obviously there’s a huge amount of options out there but after listening for some time, Black Math seems like it will slot in well between the relatively smooth voice of the Tremond and the blown out fuzz of Crooked Axis. Excited to try it out next week!

Coming:
Origin effects Cali76 Compact Bass
Darkglass B1k
Zvex Mastotron

Going:
Tc Electronic Bass Spectra Comp
Wren & Cuff Phat Phuk B

Gonna miss the Phat Phuk but I think the B1K is what I'm looking for in an 'always on' drive tone with the gain all the way down and the level turned up.

Bought this new from Relic Music cause I really liked the gold finish, looks very sharp in person. Haven’t had much time to play it yet and not on a gig either; but on first impression in my rig it sounds great. As I thought it might from listening to demos, it does occupy a tonal middle ground between my Blue colander pedals, the Tremond and Crooked Axis. The diode switch will let it get really sputtery and blown out too, which is pretty unique to my others.

EDIT:

Playing through it more now, I really like the range of gain available on it. It is never clean, but it does get pretty transparent. Boost and gain are interrelated, but the boost seems to apply gain without changing the tone, whereas gain changes the distortion sound a little bit. The usable range of the tone knob is pretty much from noon down as past noon it starts cutting bass pretty substantially, but that might just be how the Muff-style tone stack works.

The diode switch interacts quite a bit with the gain but less so with the boost, which should make the sweet spots a little easier to find. I'm not totally sure how usable this switch will be for the bass on a gig tbh, but it is a cool sound and would work well on guitar. Pleased so far!

I hope you have an octave and filter to pair with the Mastotron for ultimate fun. :)
