I might have to break my "No more basses this year!" vow and go for it.
I knew it!
Well, I didn’t buy it yet
If only I could fall asleep and wake up on 1-2-19!
If you love it, but won't have the cash until 2019, put down a deposit.
No threat here - have at it.
One reason I like reverb...Affirm.
Wouldn’t own my L2000 without them.
Do it, do it, do it!
No Affirm on that site.
I will continue to look and torture myself, though.
I think you’ve been bitten by the G&L Bug.
Hard not to like them after finding my L2000...7.3 lbs, too!
That one gets my attention every time I see it.
You only live once, in this realm anyway.
I think that bass must have been sponsored by Crest kids sparkle toothpaste:
The G&L flake finishes look even better in person...just saying.
Why, oh why would the person who ordered that bass for the retailer not have thought to order it with an ebony board??? It really would have tied the thing together perfectly with that finish, the matching head, that guard, and the black pickups.
True, ebony would look great.
G&Ls are fantastic basses that deliver real long term satisfaction.
You definitely won’t be seeing too many other people playing the same bass - - so go for it!
I pined over a 4004 Rickenbacker with a beautiful flamed maple top & when I finally got in my automobile to go buy it, several months down the road, someone had just bought it the week prior!
to be clear, it was a 4 hour drive to/from, but it was a long road before I made up my mind I wanted another RIC
I had this same thought.
