Not bad for $300, no? It's got an extra name plate on there that I will take off, and the dude before me took the casters off. Who the hell takes casters off a cab this big?!

Haven't gotten a chance to plug it in yet; neighbors are downstairs and would be mighty pissed.

Only 12 more cabs to go!

NICE! Can't compete against that one for solid REAL lows. I have the twin to that in Diesel form & it beat out the Accugroove 21" Grande I had! Killer cab(EV right?), give it good "toroidial juice" & enjoy!...

    ~S~

PS: Soak all your neighbors with its Db's & Hz!

If you breed it with a 4-10 will you get 2 - 18s? I got replacement track loc casters for about $30. from Boogier.

Manly? That's 2 suburbs down from where I live. They have a nice beach and a thriving tourist industry.

    Specs! Must......have........ SPECS?

I think you're compensating for something, and you can not properly compensate for something without bragging about the specs.

    OK, here's my compensating specs:

1998 Honda Civic Hatchback. 4 cylinder. Automatic (I can't drive a stick). Silver. Has a dent in 3 out of 4 corners due to some drunk hitting it while it was parked. Factory speakers are starting to crap out. And it's dirty.

    :D

As for the cab, it's an 18" EV speaker, no horn, built into a 9 ply marine grade void free birtch cabinet. RoadReady option (very rare in an 18"). Weight is approx. 120 pounds. Rated at 400 watts. No idea about the frequency response other than it's crazy low, and doesn't put out a ton of highs. It's only 3 inches shorter than my 2x10 and 1x15 stacked on top of each other.

It loves divebombs from my bass whammy. I've pooped myself twice already.

Sounds interesting. What's this cab called? What's the speaker in there, is it an EVM-18, or an EVX model?

I don't think it had a name beyond Mesa/Boogie RoadReady 18. Not 100% sure about that; this thing has been discontinued for about 8 years. I believe it has the EVM-18 in it, but I haven't taken the speaker out yet to look at it.

If you ever sell that, I've got first dibs!!! :hyper: I have to compensate for my MIM Fender jazz. I'm adding a Badass bridge but I need more to make me more manly!

Ben, I got a Sonic 1-18 with an EV 18B driver in it and it KILLS! It weighs about 75 lbs. I have had it for a long time. I had an Eden 18 xl and dumped it.
