My band was originally called Zipperhead. Then it was X-Seed and now it is Brass Munkey. I have become less of a fan of the name Brass Munkey, but what can I say about it -- I'm only the bassist. ;)

If you form a band name it before you ask your mates. Book up the rehearsal rooms (I book it as Chris from Slacker) and everyone gets used to the name. I once joined a band that was choosing a name and after 6 months of punch ups the singer decided on Midori Obi thinking it had spiritual significance to only find out that it was Japanese for green belt.
