34 all the way except for my Birdsong 31". Don't care much for 35" though.

35" Ibanez BTB, but thats because of the shape of the neck, not the length.

Mine is 36"!! My Vigier bases are 33"

  4. I play 34" and 35" and love them both but 34" is a little easier.

  5. Yes, that's a Darkstar, and as my bass sounds wonderful, I must like its pickup. I'm far from a rabid testifier though, as this is the only bass I've encountered that's equipped with one.

Anyway, thanks for all the compliments everyone.

39.5" - I only have one elctric bass (so far).

    ;)

  7. Well I suppose I should have included electric uprights... :bag:

But mine isn't an electric upright. It's a 39.5" scale, horizontal solid body electric.

    What IS that? It's gorgeous!

I have selected 35, as my SR506 is rapidly becoming my favorite bass and it is 35" scale. The 35" is so much clearer in my ears.

  10. We're gonna need to see a pic of that...

Hello mate, thanks for the compliment. It is my Bacchus Jazz bass. Hand made in Japan. You can see more pics here: http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v164/pedullaman/Vigiers and Bacchus/

It has a bassmute installed now.

    Cheers
