What's with peoples ebay sense?

    I don't know & maybe people just don't know their options, but to spend $710.00 on a japanese fender aerodyne when you could buy it from Ishibashi for $435.84 (current yen rate) just seems like people not doing their homework.

    It seems like some of the ebay sellers put the auction up & whoever wins the auction sends the money THEN seller orders the bass & ships it to winners house.

    Seller orders bass $435-440 USD + shipping $90-120 USD. That makes a nice $150-175 profit. Wait, that's a great idea!!!!

    Well, isn't shipping from japan a chunk of change? Customs and stuff.

    Although I have never ordered from Japan myself, it seems most USA TB'ers state there were no customs fees tacked on when they got their japanese basses.

    If I'm incorrect, anyone feel free to set this info straight.
