YES! SCORE! I finally found a band to play with. I put up an ad on the net and a guitarist answered it. He and his singer were looking for a bassist and today we decided to jam a little and see how things would go. I picked him up on my dad's Econoline (You should have seen the look on his face - priceless ) and drove him here and we set up and started jamming. It went okay since neither of us thought of taking some songs with us but we managed okay. They're great. The singer is good and writes good lyrics, the guitarist learning classical guitar and would be a member of tAbEvlL here if he knew about it and we like each other. So now we just have to find a place to practise. I like the atmosphere in this band, it's really relaxed and no pressure. Now we just need a drummer. And it only took a year to find a band. Who's the guy that told me that it was great being a bassist, that you're always in demand?
