Where can I buy a small piece of ebanol?

    I need a small piece of ebanol to repair the end of an old Kramer 8 string bass. I don't know why it's missing. I only need a small piece about 2"x3", so if anyone can sell me such a thing I'd really appreciate it. if not, does anyone know where I can buy ebanol to make a fingerboard? I can't seem to come up with any suppliers or sellers of ebanol fingerboard stock on the internet. Any direction/help would be greatly appreciated.

    They don't stock ebonol, because it isn't a wood. It's made using paper and resin:

    I've never had to, but I'd look into patching with a piece of ebony and maybe a poly coat - something like that.
