Does anyone know where online I can buy a pickguard (tortoiseshell) to fit a Fender US Standard Jazz Bass?
    Thanks :)

  2. Any Fender dealer. Many have them in stock, but if they don't they can order you one. Or, if you don't care if it's genuine Fender, try http://www.chandlerguitars.com. They make great pickguards.

You can also try either Stewart-McDonalds or Warmoth...they both should have websites(???)

I have one I'll sell(but I'd rather trade) you. I replaced it with a chrome-plated brass one (it cost $110 but WOW does it look sharp on my black and chrome fretless) and I had forgot about it until I saw this post.

I had a similar problem with my Jazz. In the end a guitar repair guy made one for me. I figured it would take too long to order from Fender direct.

Go to http://www.warmoth.com! They offer a lot of replacement parts and pickguards for Fender instruments.

And Sam Ash has 'em too -- in official Fender baggies.
