Hi. +1 for Scotland. There's quite a few TBers from Scotland who can point You to the right direction, but a fast Google search would be a good way to start. For example: http://www.highlandstore.com/ Or alternatively make Your own. Regards Sam
define 'good price'? I'm from Glasgow originally, and got mine from Highland Heritage in Delaware http://www.highlandheritage.com/ My kilt outfit for our wedding cost more than my wife's dress! But that was to buy, that place does rentals also - depends on if you're looking for your clan tartan or just want a generic tartan
Believe it or not, I got a good quality one for a little under 40 clams. Don't even ask me how they can charge so little. It was at some online sword shop, I got it a couple years back so I couln't find it now if i tried. But it's really high quality, really authentic, pretty close to my family tartan too
Plaid curtain - $9.00 Safety pin - $0.04 Belt - $10.00 Knowing you didn't just buy yourself a $100.00 skirt - PRICELESS!
If you are buying a real kilt, you are talking £300 for a good quality medium weight one, £400-£500 for a really good quality heavy weight one.
Awesome! Ever miss it? I'm in glasgow 5 days a week usually, tis a great wee city as I'm sure you know OP: Make sure you get the right tartan for your clan! I'm a farquharson apparently.
I saw a green paisley tie the other day Anyway, back on topic, as manly as kilts are, I don't think they will help you with this...
MAJOR METAL A green paisley kilt would be really cool Wouldn't that make it a skirt........ I could wear that
