Where can I find really good backing tracks for sale?

Discussion in 'General Instruction [BG]' started by Black 'n Tan, Mar 19, 2018.

  1. A few years ago I stumbled onto a website that had totally kick ass backing tracks, sounded 98% original. They were not free, but they were really good. The catalog was a bit limited at the time but they had bands like Dream Theater and other prog rock bands, maybe some Genesis, can't really remember.

I'm just looking to buy some tracks that I can incorporate into some small live gigs I will be doing. Looking for tracks where you can mute the bass, keyboards, vocals, etc.

There used to be karaoke tracks (which would give you muted vocsls) for sale some where. I bet a Web search on karaoke would turn up some choices. But I doubt you could mute individual instruments.
