Been waiting on my stocking orders :-/ The website is not taking La Bella orders for out of stock items as I have no definite ETA.

Which specific set are you trying to find?

 

What I meant was which specific set as in the gauges.

Are you absolutely stuck on the La Bella brand?

 

I didn't even know DR Legends actually came in medium scale.

Are you sure you didn't get a wrong set thinking "medium" meant "medium scale" when it simply means "medium-gauge" (45-105)?

 

You should be okay then. Because DR's "short scale" has a winding length (ball end to silk) of 34", which is actually considered "medium scale" by most other manufacturers, including La Bella.

 

The same goes to DR's "long scale", which has a winding length of 38", which is most manufacturers' "extra-long scale".

They must do this just to confuse us.

 

Your best bet is Imperial Guitar & Soundworks. They're right down the street from LaBella in NY, and they carry lots of their stuff. Short lead times, too!

I presumed you were looking for Medium gauge set of strings, not the Medium gauge SHORT SCALE which you listed farther down. The ones in the link are the standard 34" scale necks...sorry about that!
