Where can I hear a Conklin MEU?

    Victor Wooten plays one on one or more of his cds- i seem to remember a track on " What did he Say?" that showed it pretty well--

    Adrian are you sure it's a Conklin? I am pretty sure he plays a standard upright on his stuff. I could be wrong though...

    yep, says it on the sleeve- unless i have gone completely senile, which is a possibility :meh:

    Whoa ok...Does he use it on the Lonliest Monk? If so that's a really nice sounding EUB. I'll have to check it out.

    Victor does have some goofy titles..
    i am not sure which track, Jared- and i dont even know where i put that cd- but its pretty clear on the track , so that could be the track

    Goofy perhaps, but I thought it was sorta a tribute to thelonius. The Lonliest Monk = Thelonius Monk. He "played the wrong notes...right." Not too goofy in that respect. :)

    Now about the actual title track to what did he say... ;)
