You order a slab of wood, and take a cutting appliance of some sort and cut one out.
or that could work...lol
I thought those wood pick ups were just a wood colourd cover.
Are they really made out of wood?
Try sites like pickguards.com and Chandler guitars. Anyone, really, that makes pickguards. For a (probably hefty) price, they could make you a wood pickguard. You are better off making your own if you can, or maybe even getting someone on talkbass to make one for you.
Make your own -- it'll be a lot faster. You might be able to get a little bit of scrap from a builder that's too small to use for a body or a neck or anything.

I would contact THG Knobs. Since he makes wooden knobs, I wonder if he would also make wooden pick-guards and pick-up covers.
Worth a shot IMO.
