I get straight grained maple from a local door company (Norman Door & Plywood) and some small exotic pieces from the local Woodcraft. The rest I get on the interwebz:

    Woodworker's Source
    Oregon Wild Wood
    Gilmer Wood
    Cook Woods
    Bell Forest Products
    Curlymaplewood.com

I have a nice exotic wood lumbar yard 10 min away and a woodcraft about 5 min away from there. Lmii can have good prices on tops.

Local hardwood supplier. Northland Forest Products. Not opposed to using Home Depot maple for neck wood if I find a nice flamey piece, but I usually sticker that for several months in my shop to acclimate before I use it.
