where is the wire for tone control ?

    please look at this schematic and tell me where the wire for tone control is !

    I don't understand your question? What kind of bass are you putting these/this pick up in? What other controls do you have?

    I am putting them in a jazz that i am building.

    The question tho, now that i see that schematic is how do i wire this so each pick up has a tone control ?

    going to be just vol/ tone for each pup; i decided to leave the preamp out and use an outboard .

    Hmm, I'm confused. What on-board are you using? I'm you'd have to check with the pre-amp make to see if you can wire the pre-amp that way.

    no onboard preamp; going to be passive.

    This is the closest thing I could find. I remember a friend of mind trying to wire a guitar the same way you wanted to with out a switch & he ran into some problems. I'll get in touch with him & see what he says,

    the other option might be vol/blend/tone/tone.


    what do you think of that ?
