I'm starting up a little homemade effects/mods venture, but I need a good source for materials, specifically some decent metal housings. Any suggestions?

Small Bear, Jameco, and Mouser are good places to start.

Pedal Parts, Effects Connection, Red Bear or if you have a Fry's close buy, you can get Hammond enclosures there.
