where would we be today with out jazz?
But I'd be unemployed!
okay guys. i know more of you can answer dis!
How about Misc?
My guess is Mars.
i hate to sound pissy but can i get some good answers?
i'm doing a research project on the history of jazz, past and present.
and my last page is goign to be dedicated to how jazz had an effect on today's music.
so please answer seriously...
In case you didnt get the subtle hint by our posts..
You can't ask a question like that. Everyone will say something else. There is no answer. Sure jazz has had a huge effect on history, but if it never happened, something else would just have taken its place. There is no answer.
It's like asking where would we be if pizza was never invented.
On the other hand, you can ask where we are (not aren't) because of jazz.
Point out that Jazz is the child of the Blues and that without the Blues there would be no pop music as we know it.
Actually thats pretty stupid don't say it.
Possibly under dictatorship.
Go to www.allmusic.com
