Where's the outrage?

Because the perp was black, so the story is clearly not accurate. It was probably purposefully altered by some racist white editor. According to several people here, blacks are only victims and are NEVER the aggressor/criminal. You don't need to look any further than OT to see this. Sheesh!

Even if the dude DID have a pipe, the shooter was in a car. How could he possibly use the self defense excuse?

In my opinion, this is a one off of the Florida case. A misguided case of "self-defense" that ended up with an innocent person dying. Two differences here, though. One...both subjects are of the same ethnic group. Two...the police in this case do not appear to be trying to sweep it under the rug.

For the record, I am a black man and I would like to see the shooter in this case arrested every bit as much as the shooter in that other case.
