I recently bought a Lakland 55-01 and currently own a Hartke 3500 head which I love. It's paired with a Peavey 410txf (bottom ported). The cab sounds OK, but the size and weight are just killing me.

I'm thinking about buying a 210 cab plus a 115 cab. Here are my options (210's):
    -SWR Workinman's 210 $350
    -Ampeg SVT210HE $400
    -Nemesis 210 $380
    -Hartke 2.5XL $430

    -Swr Workingmans 115 $350
    -Ampeg SVT115E $400
    -Nemesis 115 $380
    -Hartke 115BXL $480

I'm leaning towards the Workingmans series or Ampegs because of their great price and reputation. I'd love to have an all Hartke rig, but the Hartkes are more expensive (i'm on a college student's budget).

I found the Nemesis series made by Eden, they're very cheap and lightweight. But I don't know anything about them. Please guys and gals, help me!

Any info and comments will be very helpful.

first off, i wouldn't bother with the nemesis gear, i was looking at there 112 cab which is described as "an affordable version of eden", but the nemesis 112 is only £30 cheaper....i'd rather buy the eden.

    anyway...i getting off point
i vote for the ampef stuff, cos thats what i got :D

    have fun
  3. Go used and upgrade. I've always bought used and never regretted it.
