It's a cruel twist of fate that the farther you go, the faster you go.

Years go by now in what used to seem like a couple of months to me.

  5. Of my two...the first has definitely gone by the fastest

  6. Definitely has to be the first, considering I hardly have any real memories of the first 3-4 years. The past 4 years since I graduated high school have seemed like a decade.

The 80s - it was less that 3 years for me. 3 years in which I have no memories whatsoever.

Same here. The only thing I remember was that I was ecstatic.

The last decade, without The Spice Girls, is going to seem way to short, now that they're re-forming :rollno: .

The fourth seems to be going by very quickly, I console myself by thinking that guys just improve with age.

This current decade is flying by, it seemed like only yesterday it was the New Millenium, and everything was going to be super.

They all took exactly 10 years.

I was going to be really smart and work out which period had the least leap years, but my brain got too sore thinking about it! :D

Edit: Actually I beleive 89-99 was the quickest decade with only two leap years! :D

  18. True! I vaguely remember the 70s, became a teenager in the 80s, was a college madman in the 90s, and I have no idea how 2007 suddenly came along.... I still feel it should be 1987! Time is going by quicker and quicker!
